The Online Keepsack is committed to meeting the expectations of Tournament Directors from around the world. The following is a list of what you can expect when utilizing The Online Keepsack tournament management system:
 
  • Every event, from the local club tournament to the biggest International event, will be treated to the same level of commitment and attention to detail.
  • Tournament Directors will find us receptive to creative input and all efforts will be made to implement your feedback where possible.
  • Email and phone support available throughout the term of the event.
  • All personal information submitted to the Online Keepsack is kept in the strictest confidence and will never be used for any purpose other than the needs of The Online Keepsack tournament management system.
  • The Online Keepsack will not support, in any fashion, a tournament that abuses, mishandles, or intentionally kills game fish.
  • Angler and Event profiles will not contain adult language, x-rated images, racial content, and or abusive/threatening remarks. The Online Keepsack reserves the right to final judgment regarding these issues.
  • Please do not schedule your Event more than 2 months prior to the start date. We would like to follow a structured time frame when registering Events.
  • The only events displayed, recorded and saved on The Online Keepsack are those which are one month or less in duration.
  • The Online Keepsack will not support false advertising, or intentional inaccuracies, in any way, shape, or form.
